Can my order be canceled?
Yes, you can cancel any time before it ships. Send an email to KCStoys@gmx.com to cancel. Include all the pertinent information.
Can my order custom order be canceled?
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts. Send us an email to KCStoys@gmx.com to find out if your order can be canceled.
Can I return my item?
Custom orders are not returnable.
Due to the intimate nature and packaging of our products some items are not returnable. Please look at the bottom of the product page to see if the item is returnable.
The EU rules will apply to items being shipped to an EU address.
If the item is returnable, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery. All items must be in resalable condition. All tags, boxes and wrapping must be intact. Items received in sealed bags must unopened. If the sealed bag is open it is not returnable. Used items are not returnable.
You are responsible for the return shipping. Note: Our Customer Service Representatives will provide a store credit for the price paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, and order number. Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item. All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All products returned must be returned just as received, containing all original boxes, packing materials, manuals and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Any product returned that is not in the original condition when it left our warehouse, will be subject to being returned to you.

- Write the RMA number on the packing slip and place inside the box.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Pack everything up and return to us.
Kinky Creations Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We recommend that all packages be fully insured for your return order in the event it is lost or damaged. We recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
You will be notified once the package is received and provided with a store credit minus the 20% restocking fee.
My item arrived damaged. Now what?
If you received a defective item, you may return it within 30 days from receipt of delivery.
You will need to contact our Customer Service department at KCStoys@gmx.com. In the body of the message, please reference the product and explain the defect. If the defect is visible, we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item.
If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect.
