Shipping and Delivery Policies

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS, unless other arrangements are made.   All shipments will have a tracking number and dropped off without signature requirements.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as well as be available in your account.  Those who checkout as guests will only receive an email containing the tracking number.

Shipping fees include postage costs.  We do not charge a handling fee.

Transport fees vary according to the total weight and location of the shipment.

International shipments may incur additional custom fees and/or tariffs.  These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  We are not responsible for custom delays or additional fees.

Please be aware that your package can be opened by customs officials for inspection.  We are not responsible for confiscated orders and will not issue a refund. Contact the customs office in your country if you have any questions.

There will be a generic description of the items on the customs form, but will not be sexual description.  For example, nipple clamps will be described as clamps or jewerly.

How Does Your Package Arrive?

Your packages will arrive in a plain box or envelope. We mark the return address as Newman-KCS or Newman.  No one looking at your package will be able to figure out what’s inside. The credit card payments will show my personal name (Anna Newman).

How long before it ships?

All orders, unless custom, will ship within 2 business days.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes, we ship to most countries.  The buyer is responsible for all tariffs and customs fees.

Do you offer free shipping?

All orders, over $35.00 and shipping to an address in the United States will ship for free.  The shipping method will be selected by Kinky Creations Studio.

Can I can choose my own shipping method?

Yes, but the free shipping offer will not apply.

 

We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect address provided by buyer, weather, acts of nature, civil unrest, theft, custom delays, transportation issues or anything else that can occur once the delivery company receives the package.  However, we will do what we can to help you if there is a problem.
